Return & Exchange Policy

At Nirmla Creations, every jewellery piece is carefully handcrafted with love and attention to detail. We are committed to delivering quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy before placing your order.

Returns

As our jewellery is handmade, we do not accept returns for reasons such as:

• Change of mind

• Personal preference

• Incorrect selection

• Minor variations in colour, stone placement, or design that naturally occur in handcrafted products

These slight variations make each piece unique and are not considered defects.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

• You receive a damaged product.

• You receive the wrong item.

• The product has a manufacturing defect.

To request an exchange:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• Email us at 1967.nirmala@gmail.com with your order number, clear photos/videos of the product, and the issue.

• The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.

Once your request is approved and the returned item passes our quality inspection, we will ship a replacement product at no additional cost (subject to product availability). If the same item is unavailable, we will offer an exchange for another product of equal value or provide store credit.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Customized or personalized jewellery

• Products purchased during sale or clearance

• Used, damaged, or altered products

• Products without original packaging or tags

Damaged During Transit

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video. We will investigate the issue and arrange a suitable replacement if applicable.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for handmade jewellery except where required under applicable law or if we are unable to replace an approved defective or incorrect item. Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
